The service was excellent. Reception staff were pleasant and courteous, they quickly got tea or coffee from a nearby shop, brought extra towels when asked, and arranged autos at short notice. There's plenty of parking, and the hotel is close to the bus stand. We stayed two days in July 2025. The room was spacious enough and the linen clean, but the toilet had no exhaust fan and could smell. We also had occasional mosquitoes. There was no kettle for making tea or coffee, and no restaurant nearby. The entrance lobby doesn't look very inviting, and the approach road is rough.

The rooms have a high-class design, and the service is great.

The AC and its wall-mounted control worked perfectly, better than any I've had at other hotels. Parking is available too. The room was clean and looked very nice, in an old building where the rooms have been renovated. But that was overshadowed by poor service: there was only one bath towel and no hand towels, no blanket, and just a single-layer sheet. They didn't provide shampoo, a dental kit, or other toiletries. I think things may improve once the renovation is finished. If you're looking for a smoke-free room, this is a big no.

The interiors are very nice, with new linens and spacious rooms. At an average of Rs 1500 a day, it felt like good value, an old place in a very nice new package. Staff weren't from the hotel industry and weren't very professional, but they were courteous. The manager sounded a bit rude, though he was helpful. A couple of downsides: there was no quilt or blanket in the AC room, just thin sheets, and the bathrooms had no exhaust fan.

Clean, comfortable rooms and outstanding service, in a really convenient central spot. Excellent hotel.
