OYO 48897 Airport View

Hotel Airport View (OYO 49987) in Indore was awful. The place had insects and mosquitoes, broken floor tiles, poor ventilation, and a washroom like a public railway platform toilet. It was worse than a low grade countryside lodge. Check the property yourself if you're already in Indore. When I asked OYO to move me to another hotel, they gave me a number that failed to connect to customer care despite 15-20 tries. Their robotic chat ended abruptly, and I couldn't find any grievance process or other customer help. I eventually cancelled, but OYO refused to refund even one rupee. I had to find and move to another hotel in the city in the middle of the night. If you need an overnight stay in Indore before an airport transfer, I strongly suggest avoiding OYO. The company representatives don't seem to check properties before putting the OYO name on them. Visit a hotel in Indore City in person and book one you like. Don't pay in advance unless it's rated by the Indian hotels Federation. I would never make a prepaid OYO booking again.

After I booked through Oyo, the receptionist sent me to another hotel just down the road called relax in. The room there was awful: the TV didn't work, the AC seemed close to giving out, the restroom was unclean, and there were gutka stains all over the room. When I asked the room boy to clean the restroom, he just poured a bucket of water and left. He also wouldn't give me the wifi password, even after I asked several times. Save yourself the trouble and walk another 50-100 meters; there are better hotels at the same price. The receptionist's audacity will blow your mind.

The rooms look nothing like the photos, and the place is dirty and unhygienic. There was no room service at all, and the receptionist was very rude. Worst place.

There's nothing here that feels like a hotel. Don't stay here, just take a cab or auto to somewhere nearby.
