Nisha was excellent, polite, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, her service was the only redeeming part of an otherwise terrible stay. The sheets were dirty and torn, and the suite we booked was well below standard and not worth the price. We had clearly said during booking that we were travelling with a child, but there was no proper sleeping arrangement for them and no alternative offered. That made the three-day stay very uncomfortable for all of us. We also didn't get extra towels or basic amenities, even after asking. Service was extremely poor, and staff showed little responsibility for our comfort. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially to families with children. One of my worst hotel experiences.

We were nine in all, including three little kids, and the hotel made it easy to book two rooms with triple sharing since children under seven stay free. The rooms had plenty of space, were clean, and came with a good quality extra mattress that really helped our group. Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, and we liked being able to order delivery through Swiggy or Zomato. Rajwada Palace and Lal Bagh Palace are a bit of a trek from here, but we had a really good stay and would gladly recommend it.

We had a really good stay at Playsales by Playotel. Breakfast was very good, and everyone was polite. Miss Nisha in room service was especially helpful. Thanks for making the visit memorable.

For this price, Hotel Playsales is a good choice, particularly for a business trip or a short visit to the city. It's in Vijay Nagar, handy for getting to the main parts of town, and check-in went fairly smoothly. The staff were polite and supportive, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had the basics I needed. There are a few things that could be better. Breakfast was decent but could offer more choice, and service sometimes took longer than I expected, even though the team were courteous when I asked. Bathroom upkeep and faster housekeeping responses also need a little attention. With more consistent service, it could be excellent.
