Aceotel Xpress Mint

The location is excellent, and I never had an issue with the clean rooms. The staff were friendly and very supportive too. I had a great experience at mint hotel.

A few people mentioned a slight damp smell when they first entered, and some felt the rooms were a little tight, though manageable. On the plus side, the Vijay Nagar location makes it easy to get to markets and other places. Guests often praise the professional, friendly staff and management, along with the clean, spacious rooms and modern decor. The food gets called great or awesome, and there’s ample car parking plus complimentary accommodation for drivers. We booked for two days, but left that same morning because the stay had become so uncomfortable. Our family of four was split between the first and second floors, then a broken tap meant we were moved again, this time to the third floor. The lift wasn’t working, which made the stairs especially hard for my aged parents. The next morning there was no water for the toilet or bathing. Reception said the tank had a problem and they couldn’t say when it would be fixed. They gave us one bucket for two people, and only brought another after we called again. It arrived 15-20 minutes later and threw our travel schedule badly off. That room also had just one towel and a lizard by the basin. The rooms felt small and cramped, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. At checkout, our luggage took another 15-20 minutes to reach the car because staff were busy with other work. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, well-managed stay.

The service was a little slow, though the food was good. Our room was clean and nice, and the hotel is close to the market.
