The team handled a small check-in delay professionally and offered us a complimentary lunch, which was a thoughtful gesture. We also appreciated how they arranged our two rooms conveniently for the family. We were at Sheraton Grand Palace Indore to celebrate my parents anniversary, and it became a memorable visit. The property is beautiful, with a grand lobby and elegant interiors. We were surprised with a suite upgrade, and the room was spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too, with a great range and good quality. Warm hospitality and careful attention made this a fantastic family experience. Thanks to the whole team. We’re looking forward to coming back.

The pool and bar were really nice places to relax, and breakfast was a highlight, with a big spread and good quality. The location is convenient, and the property has an interesting layout, with a grand hall at the front and the hotel section behind, connected with Marriott Indore. Our room was decent, though the interiors and finishing could be improved, and the views from the rooms could be better. It would also be good to have more activities or entertainment around the property. We had a comfortable stay with good food and amenities. A few room upgrades and more things to do could make it even better.

The restaurant team and Satya sir deserve special mention. They were warm and attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. Housekeeping kept my room in excellent condition, and the front desk staff were helpful and efficient. I also appreciated the flower thoughtfully placed on my bed. From check-in, the staff made me feel welcome. The food was exceptional, with plenty of choices, and service was prompt and attentive. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed after a delightful stay at the Sheraton Grand Indore. It felt luxurious and comfortable, and I’d highly recommend it. I look forward to returning. 😊
