The food was the highlight for us. We enjoyed the soups and pizza, and the jalebi was exceptional. Both the buffet and à la carte were delicious, with friendly, helpful staff. The Radisson sits at the start of Cantonment, with a market road across from it, which worked well for us. It seems to be an older property, and some areas and rooms could use upgrades, but we had a pleasant stay.

The staff and housekeeping clearly put in a lot of effort to keep guests comfortable. The hotel is in Cantonment, away from the bustle of the ghaat, and its comforts are decent. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms can sometimes interrupt sleep since the rooms aren't soundproof.

The hotel is a little far from the temples and Ghat, but it still felt like good value for money. The breakfast buffet had a delicious, generous spread, and the staff were courteous and very helpful.

The kids had a great time, and our stay turned out comfortable, joyful, and memorable, beyond what we'd expected. Everyone was courteous and gentle. Special thanks to front desk staff Aparajita, and to restaurant f&b staff Shashi and Ashutosh for being so helpful.
