I cancelled as soon as I saw the room. It was so depressing, with no light or pleasant surroundings, that I couldn’t stay there for a second. There were lizards, broken bed legs, dirty bin bags, a broken cupboard door, and a broken toilet basin tile. It felt like a journey to hell, and I’d insist that travelers avoid this place. Oyo couldn’t find me a decent stay in lonavla afterward, and my refund is still being processed. Very, very bad experience.

There’s not much available nearby after 9.30pm. The place isn’t exactly in lonavala, the bed is very bad, the pool wasn’t clean at all, and food is massively overpriced. Still, the overall experience was nice.

Food wasn’t available at night, and the staff didn’t coordinate. Service was very slow, the rooms didn’t match the Oyo app pictures, and the swimming pool was dirty. The geyser didn’t work either. Don’t waste your time here.

The natural surroundings and location were lovely, and one or two staff members were helpful. But the service was poor and everything was chaotic. We had to move rooms three times because the rooms kept breaking down, and none of the ACs worked. The manager was very unhelpful. If you book through Oyo or Goibibo, they’ll say your problems aren’t their fault.
