We spent one night in this awful hotel. There was dust all over the room, the doors were broken, and it smelled terrible. The bathroom tiles were broken too. When I pressed the air conditioner button, the whole thing came off in my hand, and the unit didn’t work. There was no room service. It was the worst experience, and I’d tell people not to come here for anything.

I’m still waiting for my bill, 48 hours later, even though the manager promised it would arrive in a few minutes. The manager’s words may sound sweet, but the actions don’t match. When I’m only trying to get this sorted out, being told to stop irritating the customer is frustrating. Why make promises if you can’t keep them?

I went there for a wedding, and the experience was really disappointing. The rooms were untidy and the toilets weren’t clean. I also got stuck in the elevator on the ground floor with the gates locked. When I asked the receptionist, she said there was no mechanic and it would stay stuck until morning.

There’s lots of room for weddings here, with plenty of parking. It’s on Lucknow Kanpur Road.

The support staff were no help at all. They just sat quietly in a corner.
