OYO 30701 Four Seasons

I had to find another hotel offline after a lot of trouble because I couldn't stay at Four Seasons. I booked by phone for Rs 700, but the Oyo executive said to pay 25% upfront, Rs 214, and the booking then showed a total of Rs 856. At the hotel, I told the receptionist I'd already paid Rs 214 and only owed Rs 642. He was rude, used abusive language, and seemed drunk. He insisted I pay the full Rs 856 or leave, even though the payment showed on both my phone and his app. Oyo also hasn't listened to my request to return the Rs 214. It was a very bad experience.

The rooms, mattresses and washrooms were pathetic, and there was no cleaning. When I complained and asked to change rooms, I was told that was the only room available. They demanded extra money, and I paid because I was exhausted and wanted to sleep. I feel sorry for Oyo, giving a 4-star rating to properties this awful. The service was the worst I've experienced.

The rooms were very dirty, and the receptionist was rude to a senior citizen. I booked through Oyo, but they asked for extra money and Oyo customer care didn't help. Don't book this hotel.

The reception staff don't work properly and don't know how to speak to customers. I was quoted 750 rupees when booking, then told the room bill was 860 rupees after I checked in. They made me pay the difference. I'd tell people to stay away from staff who do this.
