OYO 42633 Aarshi Palace

There's no option to give less than one star, so that's what I had to choose. This so-called hotel is like a garbage yard. I'd rather spend the night on the road than stay there.

The rooms stink, and the toilet was dirty. When I asked them to clean it or give me another room, they wanted more money. Management also asked for around 1000 rupees extra on top of the booking price. They treated me badly, and I really wouldn't recommend visiting.

We left without staying, but after a long argument I paid 1500 because we had entered the room to see it and the man insisted on charging one night's stay. I was there with my family, so I paid and left. I'd booked through Oyo and had a confirmation, and the man on the phone had said it was confirmed too. When we arrived at night, he said it was cancelled without knowing why, then pushed us to book offline for more money. The room was so dirty and smelly that we didn't want to stay. The photos look much nicer than the real rooms, and the stained sheets and linens didn't look fit to sit on. The bathrooms were filthy, and the person at reception acted like he was running a five-star place. This was a terrible experience, and I don't want other people to go through it. Don't book here, even if the price says INR 200 per night.

This place feels unsafe and disgusting. They share CCTV footage, personal details, and photos of documents with other people. Don't go there. It should be banned. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
