We booked online, but when we arrived at night they demanded extra money for the room. We had no other options then. They’re dishonest, don’t listen to you, and I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Please don’t go here.

The rooms were filthy, with dirty bedsheets, pillows, and floors. We also had problems with water, electricity, and room service. At check-in they promised we wouldn’t face any issues, but it was the opposite. Every staff member was rude, even the sweeper and cleaner. This was the worst hotel experience of my life, and I’ll never visit this property again.

I booked online, but the staff demanded extra money when I arrived, so I paid it. The hotel management wasn’t good either.

Very good, and safe. The training is always good.

Don’t book this hotel. The staff were screaming at my dad and getting physical with him. We had a train at 1pm, and at 12pm we only asked for one hour, but he kept yelling and getting physical. They don’t deserve even one star.
