The staff didn't seem concerned when we reported our problems, and we had to pay everything upfront despite the poor service. Our room at Hotel Trisha Bhoomi Residency smelled bad, wasn't clean, and had bugs and mosquitoes. The bathroom leaked and the water wasn't working properly. We also asked for hot water and were told we needed to request it two hours ahead. We went to Agra to see the Taj Mahal, but the stay was a bad experience. I hope they improve.
