The room looked clean and stylish at first, but the service did not match the premium price we paid. We stayed for three days, and even getting a water bottle refill meant waiting 2 to 3 hours each time. Staff only changed the towels and bedsheets after we asked several times. Our second-floor room also needed maintenance: a switchboard was coming loose from the wall and looked unsafe, the fan was loud, and the AC barely cooled. Tea and coffee were replenished only on day one. When we asked for more, we were told to buy them at the market. There was no breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the property either, so staff sent us to the market for meals. A premium rate should come with service to match. The interiors were lovely, but that didn't make up for the poor upkeep, basic amenities, and slow service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves.

Being so close to Dashashwamedh Ghat made getting around during my Banaras trip easy, and the calm atmosphere was a welcome pause amid the city's busy streets. One-Off Dashashwamedh has a peaceful, aesthetic feel, while still reflecting the character of Banaras. My room was cozy, thoughtfully designed, and well-maintained. It was a comfortable place to unwind after visiting the ghats. A lovely boutique stay, and one I'd recommend to anyone looking for something comfortable and distinctive in Varanasi.

The location near the ghats made getting around convenient, and the rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. We also found the staff welcoming, polite, and helpful, with excellent service throughout our stay at One Off Hotel. We were very satisfied and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. It was a great experience.

Getting here with luggage is a hassle because vehicles can't come around the hotel, so you have to walk about 10 minutes. There's no lift or food, and the power is out much of the time. The bed is short, and Jio, Bsnl, and Vodafone all had poor network. There is only one room on each floor. On the plus side, Godouli is very close, as are gates 4, 1, and 2, and Dassaswamedh ghat is nearby. The service was poor.

The calm, pleasant atmosphere was a nice escape from the busy streets, and the clean, comfortable room suited my one-night stay in Varanasi. I found the staff helpful, too. Being near Dashashwamedh Ghat made it easy to experience the Ganga aarti, so it worked well for a short visit.
