Fabhotel K H Bar And Rest

We went with my senior-citizen parents to see Dev Deepawali in Varanasi, and this turned into a horrible experience. We had booked well in advance through the Fab Hotels website and paid the full amount ahead of time. But when we arrived tired that evening, the hotel said it wouldn’t accommodate guests with Fab Hotels bookings or online payments. Since it was Dev Deepawali, we couldn’t find anywhere else. They said they could give us a room for one night if we paid cash again, even though we’d already paid Fab Hotels online. With no other option, we stayed that night. They charged more than the amount printed on their own business card, which they’d handed us while saying, “In bad times, money is made”. In a recent reply to someone else’s negative review, they ended with “Stay Fab”. That feels hypocritical. I’m sure they’ll reply to this with something like “We regret you had such an experience. Please email us etc. so that we could improve our services etc.” But if you want peace of mind and a hassle-free stay, I’d avoid this hotel. You never know!
