Breakfast was good, with idli, chutney, vada, puri bhaji, tea, and coffee, and it tasted nice. The staff were helpful and cooperative, and they even sent breakfast to our elderly family member's room when she couldn't manage the stairs. We were traveling with an 80-year-old and had emailed ahead to ask for rooms easy to reach by lift, but on arrival we learned the lift was out of service. They first said it would be fixed in 10 minutes, but it was still down the next morning, when breakfast was served on the 3rd floor. The staff politely upgraded us to a larger room, which felt like an apartment with a hall, bedroom, washroom, and provision for a kitchen area. The kitchen space wasn't properly set up and seemed unused. The washroom was maintained well, though we noticed a few spider webs. The hotel's near the airport but down a very isolated, narrow lane that might feel a bit unsafe or uncomfortable, especially for solo or female travelers. Very dim lighting made the room feel dull and somewhat shady. Those issues made our stay a little uncomfortable, despite the helpful staff and good breakfast.

Value for money. Dunag Hotel, Coimbatore (near the airport) was a great choice for me. The place was clean throughout, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and extremely well-maintained, suitable for a short or extended stay. Staff were welcoming and professional, always attentive and ready to help with a smile. It made for a warm, hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a friendly, clean, comfortable place near the airport.

A quiet area near to Airport. The hotel is budget friendly, with good staff and super service. The room and amenities were good, as were the WiFi and parking. The toilet needs to be cleaned and improved.

We booked a Premium Room because the rates were so low and were surprised to get a 2BH suite, more than we needed. The furnishings and equipment were excellent, and breakfast, which they brought in from outside, was extremely good South Indian food. There weren't really any views, since the place is in the middle of a residential colony, and the lighting was a little dim. We were very satisfied with it for an overnight sleep in Coimbatore near the airport. It's under a km away and Uber was readily available even at 1 am. The reception attendant was waiting for us then, too.

Hi, I stayed at the Treebo Dunag Hotel in Coimbatore on 30th May 2026 night, with 5 guests. There weren't proper toiletries or enough towels. A coffee spill needed cleaning, but there were no paper napkins, so we used the only towel available. Then the property called and threatened me, saying I had to pay for the towel or they would take action. When I asked how much, they said they would take it up with Treebo and MakeMyTrip. I've been an MMT customer for many years, personally and professionally, and didn't expect this kind of treatment.
