I’m staying at Rhythm Hotel on Sohna Road, Sector 68, Gurugram, haryana -122103, and this has been the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The room smells unbearable, and the lavatory is extremely dirty, smelly, and unhygienic. Cleanliness at this level makes for a very uncomfortable stay. The staff, especially the receptionist, have been highly unprofessional and don’t seem to know how to treat customers properly. I asked for a bottle of water more than an hour ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. I requested an iron and ironing table nearly two hours ago, but there’s been no response or action. This neglect of basic hospitality is shocking. I want these cleanliness and service issues addressed urgently.

The location made it easy to get to transport and dining, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Breakfast was ready on time and well prepared, while room service was prompt. The reception team were professional and cooperative, and housekeeping kept the rooms clean. They’re spacious, well furnished, and have the essentials. It’s comfortable hospitality at a fair price, with a pleasant, relaxing stay for business or leisure. Good value for money.

The rooms are spacious, with clean bed linen, and the hotel is nicely located. My main concern was upkeep: the showers and windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly. The rooms themselves were good.

We stayed for business and found the hotel good for that and other purposes. The rooms are roomy, with no cramped feeling. The food menu and buffet had a limited selection, but it was decent enough for travellers and business trips.
