I wouldn't spend money to stay here. The management is a mess, the service has no professionalism, and the way staff speak to guests is poor. It costs a lot for such a low standard. For the same price you could stay at landmark or pristine. Basic things were broken or missing: the TV didn't work, the door handle was broken, there were no towels or kits, and the mattress quality didn't match the price. Water kept leaking in the bathroom, the jet spray had no pressure, and even the tap didn't work properly. The tap water smelled disgusting. If your booking includes breakfast, good luck. There's no breakfast area, and they tell you to eat in your room because the restaurant opens at 1 PM. This place is worthless for the price, honestly, not worth spending even a penny.

The hotel smelled bad, and the rooms were shabby, dirty, and third-rate. The bathroom was worse than a public toilet, with no hot water and a broken shower. Breakfast was two oily aaloo paranthas and tea. Pathetic place.

They charged like it was a four-star hotel, but the room condition was awful and so many things were broken. The walls and towel were dirty, the commode was dirty and its flush didn't work, and the bathroom lock and exhaust were broken. The intercom and switchboard didn't work either. There was no mug, and there were water problems. I could keep listing issues all day and still not cover them all. Worst hotel experience I've had.

The staff were rude, especially at reception, and the whole area stank. The rooms smelled musty and were hard to breathe in. There were no door locks, no soap or towel, and the showers didn't work. The flush was broken and the washrooms were covered in stains. They didn't even leave milk powder in the room for basic tea. This is worse than an oyo room. Don't be fooled by the ratings.
