We had a great time at Hotel KRIOS A BOUTIQUE HOTEL. The meals were fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, with plenty of variety. Mr. Kartik, the restaurant manager, was especially welcoming and helped make dining a pleasure. Our room stayed clean, comfortable, and well cared for throughout, thanks to the housekeeping team. Staff were friendly and ready to help, which made the stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks to everyone at Hotel Trivas for the lovely service. We’d happily recommend it and hope to return.

We appreciated being allowed to check out late after arriving late. The food was good, and the room had a fresh feel. Cooperative staff, good hospitality, and cleanliness made our two days at the property a wonderful trip. I’d recommend everyone stay here at least once and experience it for themselves. VTK.

The greenery around krios Hotel gives it a calm, refreshing feel, and the food was excellent. I ordered tarkari dal khichadi and really enjoyed it. Mr. Karthik was very hospitable, helped us a lot with our travel agreement, and suggested some great decisions that made the experience memorable. Highly recommend.

We had a confirmed booking for two days, but the owner, Mr. Manish Barot, first refused to let us in and said we couldn’t afford to stay there. After an hour of hostility, he offered us a dirty single room for just one day. When we asked for the clean double room we had booked, he showed us the way out. We’d heard about his conduct toward guests and staff, but hadn’t worried because we’d never dealt with him before and the previous manager had handled our stay well. This was disgraceful. It seems the previous manager was the only reason the place worked.
