They list one price on online platforms, then charge a much higher one. Even after five hours from check-in, they hadn't given us drinking water, and the service was pathetic. This is one of the most third-class hotels I've ever seen. I would never recommend it to anyone and would strongly advise people not to book it, even by mistake.

I was driving with my family at 2 a.m., after travelling from Delhi for a Taj Mahal visit. My Oyo booking for one night was prepaid, and at around 11 p.m. I called the hotel manager, who said it was confirmed. Oyo sent me the same confirmation. But when I arrived, they flat out denied the booking and refused to let us check in. Don't waste your money on these people. This is cheating and fraud.

The bathroom was dirty and there were far too many mosquitoes in the rooms. Most of the electrical equipment and switches were faulty too. One of my worst experiences, with poor service.

The rooms were decent and clean, but the hotel's service was very slow. The food was pathetic, and the portions were even worse. They don't let you bring food in from outside, and the hotel is very close to sewage water, which caused a bad smell.
