The owner shouted at us, including the women, when we raised concerns. He was drunk and spoiled our party. Service was bad from the start: the starters were available for such a short time that hardly anyone noticed them, and dinner came very late, leaving guests waiting. We booked the hall for a party, but I won't book their banquet hall again.

Booking their party hall turned out to be a mistake. The staff service was appalling, and the owner was visibly drunk while on duty. He behaved inappropriately toward female guests, which was completely unacceptable. The staff and owner's unprofessional conduct marred the whole experience. I wouldn't recommend booking this place, especially for a party. Management needs to deal with these problems so guests can feel safe and comfortable.

We had a family function here for more than 50 people, and now regret choosing the place. The food itself tasted okay, but service was so slow that by the time it reached the table, you'd lost your appetite. When a dessert ran out from the buffet, getting a refill meant arguing with the drunk owner. He would fire back with one loud argument after another. Better to skip the dessert than get into it with him. He can make up all sorts of claims to win, then shout them at you and your family, women included, for over an hour just to deny you the last piece of shahi-tukda. We managed not to hit him, since nobody wants a fight with their family there. He drinks every night and picks arguments with guests. I wish I could give zero stars, but the rating only lets me choose one.
