Quality Airport Hotel

We stopped here before our kerla trip because it's very close to the airport. Reception and staff were cooperative, and breakfast was good with a nice variety. Dinner was very poor in both taste and quality; we tried four dishes and all were average. One lady was handling all the orders and arranging plates. There's nothing to do outside the hotel. They provided hotel water.

Getting around was easy: the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from Kochi Airport in a fairly quiet area. Staff at the entrance and restaurant were welcoming, parking was easy, and there's a pharmacy next door plus several shops within walking distance. The room was spacious and generally clean, but there was no hairdryer. The shower gel and shampoo looked used and dirty, so we felt uncomfortable and hesitant to use them. That's unacceptable for a hotel and needs to be addressed. Our booking included airport pick-up, and we submitted the required form ahead of time. On check-in day, we contacted the hotel repeatedly but got no response, so we had to arrange our own Uber. If they can't or won't provide the transfer, they shouldn't present the form as an option. It caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. The location and friendly staff give this hotel potential, but missing basic amenities, poor communication, and a service that wasn't provided made our stay far from satisfactory. I hope management addresses these problems for future guests.

Our experience at the bar was deeply disappointing. The food seemed spoiled and was extremely poor quality, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. We pay for our food, we aren't getting it for free, so we expect it to be hygienic and good quality, with courteous service. I ask management to act promptly so the bar serves better food and staff treat customers properly. I hope this gets attention soon.

This was my fourth stay at Quality Airport Hotel Kochi. I keep coming back for the kind, professional staff, and everyone on the team is friendly and caring. During breakfast, the buffet tea wasn't hot. The waiter noticed, wouldn't serve it, and brought me fresh hot tea from the kitchen. A small thing, but it made a big impression. Food is good too. I also rode in the hotel vehicle with Manoj, who made me feel like family. Special thanks to the cleaner who handed me a bottle of water as I was getting into the car. I look forward to coming back soon.
