We had a nice stay overall, though paying around 20000 for 2 rooms for 2 days didn’t feel worth it. The rooms were a bit pricey, and one was smaller than the spacious rooms shown in the MMT app. It also had no carpet. When we asked about one, reception said they were short because it was the busy season. I went with my family for 2 nights at Hotel silver star near DRC parking at Darjeeling. The reception staff were cooperative, though there’s room for improvement. I had assumed the rooms would have views, but they didn’t. If a view matters, ask the hotel beforehand for an upper-floor room.

Our Darjeeling trip was made even better by the staff at Silver Star. Mr.Rutvik and Ms.Lalitha were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Darjeeling. Thanks, Niket

I’m non-vegetarian, but I had no problem with the hotel’s vegetarian food. The room looked just like the pictures on Google, and the staff were very nice. I’d recommend the hotel and would probably stay again on my next trip to Darjeeling.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Hotel Silver star and had a lovely time. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, and both the owner and staff were kind and helpful. Getting around Darjeeling was easy because the location is so convenient, with the main tourist sights nearby. Our trip went smoothly, and the hospitality was wonderful.

Mr. Ritwik, the hotel manager, was helpful and kind. He arranged an upgraded room for us without any extra charge, and the support staff kept things clean. My wife and I stayed for two days on 4th and 5th January 2026. The hotel is right on the road and very close to the picturesque Darjeeling Railway station. We felt the stay was good value for money.
