The greenery around the resort was lovely, but it couldn't make up for the poor upkeep. We were there for our company's annual get-together, and the event arrangements weren't well organized. At first the rooms looked neat and clean. Once we started using them, though, problems kept showing up: TVs didn't work in many rooms, the water supply was inconsistent, none of the water heaters worked, and some taps ran yellow water. In a few bathrooms there wasn't enough water for basic hygiene. Pressure was low, housekeeping was lacking, common areas weren't cleaned regularly, some rooms smelled unpleasant, and staff responses were delayed. The basic amenities and room maintenance were clearly poor. The food fell short too. The menu had very few choices, the quality and variety need improvement, and even the biryani barely had any chicken. The resort needs major improvements to maintenance, service, water facilities, and food standards if it's going to host corporate groups in future.

We loved the setting here. The service was so good, and the staff treated us like family. A great resort for anyone wanting a peaceful stay.
Food was average, especially the porata, though there are more choices outside near ECR Main road. We had a large area to park our vehicles, and it's a great spot to spend time with family and kids. We came for our 5th biker group anniversary, and the resort's location among dense trees was stunning. The resort's exact name is Auro wellness resort, near Rajeshwari arts and science college for women. Take the road 1 km from ECR to aurovile road. If you're riding a bike, avoid travelling after 6:30 pm because you could miss the turn. And don't follow Google map, it gives wrong directions and will drive you crazy.
They cancel your booking if you reserve through Agoda, then suggest other hotels at a higher price. That's not acceptable.
Rooms and food are average, and the food choices are limited. It's quite remote, deep in the jungle, with no shops around, and you have to drive more than 4 kilometers to get to the junction. This could suit you if you're after a quiet, eco-friendly place and aren't expecting luxury.
