The wooden style made this a fun family stay, and my kids really liked it. Mr. Prabhu was helpful from the moment we arrived through check-out, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was complimentary and tasted home-cooked. The menu is reasonably priced, though there isn't much choice. There were a couple of drawbacks. The room and bathroom still didn't feel fresh after cleaning, and footsteps from upstairs were audible at night, though we could manage the noise. Staff also rushed us to place our breakfast order right at the start. That isn't a good way to treat guests, especially families with children. Still, we had a very good experience and would highly recommend it to families.

The surroundings were peaceful, and the resort had a calm feel. Our room was comfortable, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the food tasted delicious. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. I'd give the experience 4.5 out of 5.

A quiet place with a decent atmosphere, helpful staff, and okay food. But the room rate felt high for what you get. Similar options are available at mid-budget hotels, and the few sensor features here don't make much difference. For the money we paid, I wouldn't say it was worth it.

The food tasted good, but the service was pathetic. We ordered chicken 65, chilli chicken, chicken noodles, and two biryanis. Later, staff told us the noodles weren't available. When we asked why guests who arrived after us had received biryani, they said those guests had ordered earlier. We then switched to fried rice, which took a very long time to arrive. I'm writing this while still at the restaurant. The service was so poor that I may not come back. A meal here should leave guests feeling they might want to stay at the resort, but this didn't. If they can't provide good service, why take the order?

The staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help, which made the stay especially memorable. At Wooden ECR Sea Resort, the room ambience was lovely, and both the service and food were awesome. It all felt well worth the price.
