Centro

Your rooms, beds, and food quality felt on a par with a five-star place. I have a few suggestions, though, and they're only meant to help. It may be worth increasing room capacity and switching to glass water bottles. Since meals are made fresh, restaurant staff could let guests know there may be a wait. For repeat orders, it would also help if servers took all the items together. Once people have started eating, they usually don't want to wait a long time for a second order like paratha or roti.

The focus on greenery made for a smooth stay otherwise. I didn't know it was a vegetarian hotel, though, and I'm non-vegetarian. My room was small, but cozy and just right for one person. Check-in and check-out were easy. I'd wanted to stay at Centro after visiting their Chirp coffee shop twice on an earlier trip to mumbai. There were a couple of snags: my lunch order went to another room, and the tea took ages to arrive. There wasn't a kettle and sachets in the room, which is pretty standard at hotels.

The breakfast buffet was the worst I've ever had. There were only two or three cheap choices, and the food was awful. My wife and I both had terrible stomach problems after eating it, which ruined our day. I can't say for sure what caused them, but the timing made the meal feel unsafe. We'd paid extra and booked the Grand Room expecting something comfortable and premium. Instead, the AC didn't work at all. When I complained, the front desk didn't fix it or offer a proper upgrade. They told us to settle for a downgrade with twin beds. Being asked to accept less after paying for a Grand Room felt incredibly disrespectful. Between the broken AC, poor service, and the stomach trouble after breakfast, this was a nightmare for the premium price. I was beyond disappointed and would never recommend the place. Save your money and health and book somewhere else.

Everyone was super helpful, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The hotel has everything you need, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. Loved my stay here, easily the best hotel I've stayed at.
