The staff were nice and helpful, which was one good thing. But the rooms were disappointing and unhygienic for the price, with stains on the bedsheet and a strange smell. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and they started cleaning the washroom only after I checked in. If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd choose.

I've been calling the hotel for a month about a mobile charger I left during my stay. It's a white VIVO FLASH CHARGER (ADAPTER). Please courier it to me.

The sheets were dirty and the blankets torn. There was no solar hot water, the washbasin was bent, and there was only one mug. The place smelled bad, lacked hygiene, and the food wasn't good. It isn't fit for people to stay in. Please find a better option for a pleasant stay.

Customer service was absolutely poor, and they didn’t follow through on their commitments.

A reasonably priced hotel right in central Pune. The room was decent, and the services were affordable.
