They charged extra just for one extra bag, and didn’t provide mineral water even though the booking platform said it was included. Wi-Fi wasn’t available, and towels were provided only every alternate day. The owner and management were very rude. One star is only there because the review required a rating; otherwise I wouldn’t have given even that. You’d be better off with the railway platform than this hotel. One of the worst stays I’ve experienced, and this is a genuine review.

I liked the quiet surroundings and the short distance to the station, around 1.5km. There’s an in-house kitchen for quick food orders, and good veg restaurants nearby, so meals aren’t an issue. At night, a pet dog guards the hotel ❤️. But Wi-Fi is missing, which is a big drawback, and on the ground floor my Jio phone had no signal either. The rooms and washrooms are very, very small. I paid 1100 per day for a Non AC room. I don’t know the local rates, but that seemed overpriced for the room size and service. One suggestion for Ashish: he needs to learn how to deal with customers and communicate properly. He speaks very rudely. Guests pay to stay and expect service, it’s not a dharmashala where people stay for free and ask for service.

Getting around was easy from here. Pune station is nearby, Swargate is about 10 minutes away, and Shivajinagar takes around 15. I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
