The free breakfast with tea tasted good, and the staff and service were good too. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk from the railway station, or about 10 minutes on foot from pune junction. My semi dlx room was very spacious, including the washroom and balcony, and both the room and bedsheets were clean. The TV worked well. Regular rooms are average, with very small washrooms, though they’re a little more affordable. I paid around rupees 1600 for a non-ac room, which doesn’t feel budget friendly. The cost listed for a non-ac semi dlx room is -1500. No dental or washroom kit was provided, including handwash, toilet paper, or slippers. Used bottles are refilled for serving water, which is a bad practice unless you buy a new bottle. The washroom also needed more cleaning because there were cockroaches. I’d recommend it if you’re okay with those points, and I’d ask the owner to work on the feedback.

For a budget stay, this works well. It’s close to both the railway station and metro. Mr Thapa and the rest of the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast could use some improvement.

We stayed three days while we were in town for an exam. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the staff and management were pleasant but quite strict. Breakfast choices were limited, though what they served was tasty and satisfying. There are plenty of amenities within about 1 km, and we had a nice experience here ❤️.

The staff were rude, and the room itself was awful. It was too small, with dirty walls, an unclean bed, and bugs on it. The toilet and washroom were dirty too. This was my worst stay, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Service and staff behaviour both need improvement.

We paid 1233 Rs. The hotel is about 1 km from Pune railway station, which is convenient. Our room was okay, but the washroom wasn’t very clean.
