The place was near the venue I needed, but the stay was awful. The reception person was rude, the linen was very dirty, and the room smelled horrible. The geyser didn’t work. I stayed five days, and they fixed only the broken chair, leaving everything else as it was. Fab people never answered my calls either. I wouldn’t recommend it.

They wanted the full payment upfront, and then wouldn’t refund it when I found the place dirty. The staff were polite until they had the money. After that, they wouldn’t even change the dirty sheets or towels. Their answer was, “maalik aisa hee hai.” The linen was stained, the ACs didn’t work, and the toilet flush was broken, so I had to use a bucket. “Breakfast included” meant a 15 rupee plate of poha and jalebi, and the tea and coffee were awful too. A horrible experience.

Clean room and cooperative staff, all in all a good experience. 👍

The reception guy wasn’t friendly or helpful. Even though I’d booked, he refused to honor that price and asked for more money. I tried to bargain, but he wouldn’t budge. There are no food stalls or shops near the hotel, and the photos of the property on apps and websites aren’t recent.
