Hotel The Taj Vilas Agra is just a kilometre from Tajmahal. The hospitality was very good, and room service met our expectations. Breakfast was included and had south Indian idly, sambar, chutney, and Vada, along with Chappathi with beans Dall. There were also Banana, watermelon, and Papaya, plus Goa juice, curd, milkshake, and milk, all well prepared. The water facility was good too.

We were a group of 12 at The Taj Vilas Agra, and the price was especially good value for us. The location made it easy to see Agra's main sights, and the property itself was stunning. Housekeeping were courteous and attentive, while service overall was excellent. There were lots of food options, all fresh and flavorful. We were delighted with the stay and would recommend The Taj Vilas. We'll be back!

The hospitality brought the rating down for me. Nobody was rude, but the staff seemed uninterested, dry, and unwelcoming. The building is good, the room was clean and maintained, parking was ample, and the food was good. Overall, the place is good value for money, but I'd rate it three stars because of the service.

My wife accidentally left her gold ring behind during our two-day stay at Hotel Taj Vilas. We were already on our way when we realized, and were very worried, but the staff found it and returned it safely. Their honesty, cooperation, and quick help mean a lot to us, and show the hotel's integrity and good management. Everything else was impressive as well: the rooms were clean and maintained, the food was excellent, and the staff were polite and respectful. Management was smooth, and the service throughout felt flawless. It was one of our best hotel experiences. I'd recommend Hotel Taj Vilas to anyone looking for comfort, safety, and great hospitality. Thank you for a memorable, stress-free stay.

Faujdaar, the famous tea stall next door, is worth a stop. The stay itself was cozy, and the hotel is on one of Agra's main roads, though construction on the way may affect your approach, so check your route. Our spacious premium room had a dress, but the windows faced the facade walls of other hotels. The hotel is about 12 years old and partly renovated, and the bathroom fittings aren't modern. Even extra water costs extra, and there is NO swimming pool, despite one picture showing it. The restaurant serves a decent breakfast. Staff are polite, but can be lazy and inattentive. I asked them to clean my car and they cleaned someone else's.
