Shahpura Abhaneri Resort

We came as two families with kids, and Shahapura Abinari turned out to be one of the worst hospitality experiences we’ve had. This was our second visit, and the first had been bad too. We gave it another chance and regret it. Rooms 101 and 102 were assigned to us, and both were dirty. Room 102’s jacuzzi was covered in hair. After repeated requests, it took about 45 minutes to replace the bedsheets and towels, and Room 102 was eventually changed to Room 104. We paid extra for rooms with jacuzzis, then were told they couldn’t be filled because of the cold weather and the 20-liter geysers. A paid facility should work, or this limitation should be disclosed in advance. Most orders took nearly an hour. We appreciated the evening high tea, and dinner was decent, but breakfast was shocking. We’d been told hot food would be served, yet the Poha was completely cold. When we asked for it to be reheated, the Head Chef (Mr. Sunil) acted aggressively and said, “You could just tell me if you’ve been assigned to keep troubling me.” That language and behavior were unacceptable in front of families and children, so we left without eating. No one apologized or tried to resolve it. At checkout, the chef was casually drinking tea rather than acknowledging what had happened. The manager was never available and kept avoiding us. Maintenance and hygiene were poor, with very dirty rooms, old worn-out towels, stained mattresses, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The property itself is beautiful, but poor hygiene, terrible service, and unprofessional staff behavior are turning it into a disaster. Google reviews suggest this is a recurring issue. I strongly don’t recommend it, especially for families. Until management takes serious action, it doesn’t deserve its pricing or reputation.

The rooms at Shahpura Resort were dirty and badly maintained, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. The electric kettle didn’t work either. The chef was extremely rude and showed no professionalism. It was a terrible experience, and the place felt badly managed and not worth the money. I strongly recommend avoiding it until they improve cleanliness, facilities, and staff behavior.

The bed was very comfortable, the rooms spotless, and the hospitality top-notch. Staff made us feel incredibly welcome during a wonderful stay at Shahpura abhaneri resorts Dausa Rajasthan. It really felt like a home away from home, and I highly recommend it.

A very peaceful, prosperous place, with the feeling of a haweli. The staff are cooperative, and it’s a lovely spot for a staycation. Highly recommended.
