The staff treated me well, which earns an extra star, and the property is new so the rooms are in better shape. But toiletries and towels were missing, and all I got was very diluted handwash. Drinking water costs extra too. They advertise low prices online, then ask for more once you arrive, so I wouldn't book through an online portal. It didn't feel like good value for money.

The room was filthy, with cobwebs in the corners, a strong cigarette smell, and a general sense of neglect. The bathroom was worse: there was no soap or toilet paper, and the toilet seat was too dirty to use. Earlier, when we arrived late in the evening after a tiring journey, staff demanded more money even though our online booking was confirmed and paid. They said the online price was just to attract customers, and refused to honor the booking unless we paid extra. They also wouldn't refund us. We only needed the room for a few hours before an early checkout, but they were rude and dismissive, saying, “Pay more or no room.” With no other option, we had to pay again. Nobody had answered when we called to confirm, which should have warned us. This felt like a deliberate scam. Save your money, time, and peace of mind. Don't book here. Stay away.

There are no windows in the rooms, and they all smell of smoke. The mattress, pillows, and toilet area weren't clean. There were no basic toiletries either. The only things that worked were the AC and the hot water taps. Staff asked me to leave a fake review. I'd skip this place.
