The restaurant food was good and the service there was okay, but the rooms were filthy. We booked two, and both had dust everywhere. One bathroom even had a broken toilet seat, and we found cockroaches in the fridge. We had to ask Reception to move us. The replacement rooms weren't ready, so much of our time went into waiting, switching rooms, and getting settled again. The rooms seemed to have been assigned at random and not cleaned. At first, the receptionist said two keys per room weren't possible because the system wouldn't allow it. After we pushed, since the rooms weren't connected, we got two keys for each room after all. How did that work? After a long journey, this was stressful and far from what we expected. We had trusted the other reviews, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. Choose somewhere else if you can.

The checkout was the most disappointing part. The receptionist asked me to leave a Google review and tapped five stars on my behalf. I planned to change it after leaving Agra, so here's my actual account. She also asked for a TripAdvisor review, which I declined. Management shouldn't need to push guests for five stars if the hotel is good. Improving the facilities and service should take priority. My room was old and dirty, with mould in the bathroom. The TV didn't work, the AC blew dusty air, and the kettle was rusty. One toothbrush box had already been opened and was empty; the other toothbrush had no protective wrap, so I used neither. Luckily, I had a spare dental kit from my stay in Delhi. I usually don't leave negative comments, but this stay called for one.

The location worked well for driving to Agra's main attractions, and the staff were good. Our room was clean, with a lovely soft bed. The extractor fan disturbed us, though it had stopped by the second night. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Agra.

Komal Verma's warm, thoughtful gesture made my stay especially memorable. Her kindness and professionalism really reflect well on the hotel's service. My room was spacious, clean, and well looked after, with the amenities I needed. The food was excellent too, and the hospitality was beyond what I expected. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommend it for a pleasant, relaxing visit.
