The room smelled foul and felt suffocating. Its bathroom door wouldn't close, and the main door was faulty. Once locked from inside, it jammed so badly that opening it was nearly impossible. When we asked to change rooms, the receptionist dismissed us and said none were available. The reception staff were irresponsible and unprofessional. We were also disappointed by the size of the room. The rooms we got were tiny and nothing like the photos posted on Google. Before booking, we specifically asked whether there was a pool and whether the rooms faced it, and were told yes. Breakfast was included in our package, but when we arrived just 5 to 10 minutes late, the man at reception rudely told us it was all finished. When we asked why nobody had told us the breakfast timings, he said, “I forgot.” He refused to provide anything, saying the food was gone and nobody was left to cook. Why charge us for breakfast if they weren't going to provide it? This is no way to treat customers. It was a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. We're extremely disappointed and unhappy. Please check everything properly before booking here. We highly recommend not wasting your money.
