The staff were so helpful and cooperative, and special thanks to the chef and the whole team for making our four days feel like home. We loved the perfect view, clean and amazing rooms, and delicious food. I’d definitely recommend this place to families with kids visiting North Goa who need somewhere to stay. Thank you to the team for being so cooperative.

Sunil, the restaurant manager, and his team made every meal a pleasure. They were attentive and courteous, the food was delicious and nicely presented, and the service felt both professional and personal. Thanks also to amith from front office and his staff for making dining one of the best parts of my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel for the accommodation, food, and service. I’ll be back.

We visited Goa with a tour group of 33 and had a great meal at the zone connect hotel parra goa hotel restaurant. The food was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. Everyone was polite and attentive, and restaurant manager mr sunil ji personally made sure everything went smoothly. A nice meal and a great experience with a lovely team.

The location wasn’t convenient for us, and there isn’t much happening in Parra. Breakfast was the same standard selection every day, with eggs as the only non-vegetarian choice. The room phone didn’t work, so I had to call reception on my cellphone. One night the wifi was a problem, and at 2am the hotel manager and another person appeared unannounced in my friend’s room because they wanted to use it for another booking. The rooms were filthy and smelled strongly of mould. Sheets were stained, pillowcases were very old, and the bed was so uncomfortable that springs were sticking out. Using the shower flooded the bathroom. When I asked for shower gel, I was handed liquid that smelled like bleach in a used water bottle. Changing rooms didn’t fix any of these problems. Staff were very slow too. It took nearly 30 minutes to get a hairdryer after I requested one, and I had to follow up several times. Mattresses were left out in the corridors, and plates and food sat outside room doors for days without being cleared. The night before New Year’s Eve, loud music and chairs being dragged went on excessively. I called reception at 23:40 and was told they were preparing for a party the next night. This was a terrible stay that spoiled our holiday in Goa, a nightmare I won’t forget.
