The room was immaculate, and housekeeping promptly handled any request I made. I spent two nights at the DoubleTree by Hilton and found the experience both luxurious and home-like. The complimentary breakfast was a real highlight each morning: fresh pastries, plenty of fruit, eggs made to order, and a coffee bar stocked for the day. From check-in onward, the staff were warm and efficient, and the whole process went smoothly. In just 48 hours, the hospitality impressed me. I'd gladly give it five stars and recommend DoubleTree by Hilton for a short, enjoyable getaway.

Bulbul deserves a special thank you. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and made our stay feel extra special. Everyone at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa was warm, professional, and ready to help, and we felt genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Goa! 🌴✨

The food and service at Double Tree were really good, and the morning bakery buffet was my favorite part. There were plenty of choices, and each item looked tempting and tasted great. The freshly baked croissants, danishes, muffins, and tea cakes were lovely, and I definitely won't forget the lip-smacking pain au chocolates and donuts. I really craved those! The live stations also served fresh waffles and pancakes, and hygiene was maintained throughout. Chef Faizal was the real MVP behind all that quality. I had a great interaction with him, and I noticed other guests praising his warm hospitality and attention to detail too. He made sure I and the other guests felt at home, and that the food was consistently good every time.

The team even prepared a lovely cake for our farewell and took a photo with us to remember the stay. We felt valued throughout, with staff remembering our preferences and managers who were always smiling, visible, and ready to help. The friendly atmosphere at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Panjim stood out from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Faizal Shaikh, the Junior Pastry Sous Chef, for his wonderful work and kindness. We had a perfect stay and can't wait to return. If you're looking for world-class hospitality in Goa, this is the place.

The food was delicious, both from the buffet and the à la carte menu, and we'd love to come back. The location gave us peaceful forest and river views, and the property was well maintained with great amenities for adults and kids. Our children had a great time exploring and enjoying the facilities. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. We had a wonderful stay.
