The bed wasn’t clean, and the bathroom smelled bad. The exhaust fan didn’t work, the TV was unusable, and the staff couldn’t sort it out. They didn’t arrange any food either. For toiletries, all we got was a very poor-quality soap and hand wash. I can’t give zero stars, but don’t waste your money here.

The room itself was great, with modern furnishings and a nice bathroom. I booked a twin bedroom, but the service was awful. We weren’t given a key, so whenever we wanted to get in, a staff member had to come and open the door. Someone also knocked on our door for no reason during the night.

They took advance payment and then refused to check us in, saying different things while the hotel was fully booked. We lost an hour dealing with the whole mess. A very bad experience.

Room service and housekeeping were cooperative, which is why I’ve given two stars. The furniture was very poor and the food was the worst.

Nice property, and the manager, Mr nikhil, was good too.
