The food was yummy and the staff were prompt during our college industrial visit from Mumbai. Getting the room keys took an eternity, though. Apart from that delay, it was a good place to stay.

I booked for two nights, but left after the first day. The property wasn’t well maintained and the rooms were nothing like the clean ones shown in the photos. The whole hotel stinks, and there are no room telephones for service, so they expect you to call staff on your own mobile. I was told early check-in was possible and had requested it three days ahead, but still waited two hours when I arrived. Nobody helped with the luggage either, so I had to carry the heavy bags myself. The service felt completely unprofessional. PLS DONT BOOK THIS STUPID HOTEL.

The photos were deceptive, and since I had already paid, I felt I had to stay. Inside, there was no lighting and the hotel stank. Getting to the room on the 4-6 floor meant passing through a dreadful lane on the way to the elevator. I’ve never been this disappointed by a hotel in all my travels. A pathetic experience.

The room decor needs work, and the service needs improvement too.

We checked out in under an hour because the place felt like a waste of money and time. The lift wasn’t working, and I couldn’t find any staff around. It looked abandoned and almost haunted. I can’t understand how anyone could call it a hotel, let alone a “5 star” one. I wish I could give it zero.
