The staff were rude and completely lacking in manners, especially the guard and manager. For a hotel in the hospitality business, they showed no idea how to treat customers. This was the worst experience I’ve had, and I’d give it zero stars if that were an option. I’ll never book here again and would advise others to avoid it.

Avoid booking through IBIBO. The hotel turned me away at check-in even though I had booked in advance. Customer support didn’t help, and my refund still hasn’t arrived. They took the payment quickly, then disappeared when something went wrong. Completely unreliable and unprofessional, and it ruined my trip. Shameful service.

The room was spacious, but it wasn’t clean. The sheets were dirty, and there may be things there that shouldn’t be, if you know what I mean. The AC and fan couldn’t be adjusted either. There are plenty of other hotels nearby, and they’re cheaper, so I’d look elsewhere.

For the high price they charged, I expected much better. The hotel felt shady, and the room was the dirtiest I’ve seen, with used sheets, a used duvet, and ashtrays left in the room.

There was no water in the bathroom in the morning, and we were told to use one at the other end of the hotel. The rooms and linen weren’t clean, and the staff wouldn’t help us find parking even though there isn’t any at the hotel. Very bad experience. I also don’t trust the other reviews, they seem manipulated.
