The rooms are good for what they cost, and the staff were really helpful. The services were good too. A decent place to stay.

The area is terrible, and the rooms are cramped and dingy, with flies everywhere. Staff didn’t look presentable, and they wouldn’t even provide sealed water bottles. I’ve come to expect a certain quality from the Fab name, but I may need to drop that expectation. It feels like Fab has focused so much on expanding that it no longer cares what the brand stands for. I’m more disappointed with Fab than with this hotel.

The rooms were cleaned daily, and the bathroom and washroom were clean and well maintained. Hot and cold water were available around the clock. The staff were cooperative, polite, and humble, and the owner was very helpful. I had a joyful stay and received good service. Check-in and check-out are both at 10 AM. The rate was ₹1200 plus GST, or ₹1344 per day, which I think is suitable for anyone. Free Wi-Fi, laundry, and tea or coffee with breakfast are available.

The AC didn’t work properly, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the flush was leaking. Breakfast was pathetic. They charged 100 for a cup of tea and street idli that was really poor quality. The staff were unprofessional. This was the worst Fab Hotels property I’ve ever visited, and the Fab team should go see the site for themselves.
