The power went out during my stay, and staff gave me no proper update or support, which left me frustrated. On top of that, the bed was uncomfortable and made it hard to rest. A hotel stay should be restful, but this one fell far short of what I expected. I hope management fixes these problems for future guests.

We stayed here again on June 18, 2023, on our way back, after a good visit earlier in the trip. On June 10, 2023, we were traveling to Bombay (now known as Mumbai), and the stay felt homely. Mr. Kailash and Mr. Arjun at reception were extremely cordial and behaved excellently. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, so we ordered food from outside using a menu the receptionist provided. The bathrooms were clean.
