I booked two rooms at Fab Hotel Galaxy, and the reality was nothing like the booking photos. Both rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and far below the standard we paid for. The bathroom was especially unhygienic, with stains everywhere and a foul smell. There were no towels, soap, or basic toiletries, and there wasn’t any hot water. The staff were dismissive and unprofessional. I spoke to the manager and the owner, hoping they’d take responsibility or try to sort things out, but no one seemed to care. They offered no fix and no apology. It felt like guests didn’t matter once payment was made. The property is badly maintained, and the service doesn’t match either the price or the promises online. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

We booked through FBB because the photos looked good, but the room we got was in terrible condition. It was dirty, including the bed, and no cleaning had been done. A bad experience.

We asked for a place near the airport, but this was 12 km from the Air Port. The room was very bad, and there was no hot water. In the middle of the night, somebody knocked on the door. Seriously disgusting.

When we checked in, the staff were asleep. The rooms weren’t clean, and there was a spider in one. The website photos on Make My Trip and elsewhere weren’t accurate. The reality was much worse. A very bad experience.

The rooms were in very poor condition and smelled like hell. We couldn’t stay there for more than five minutes.
