The location is the one good thing about this hotel. There’s no restaurant of its own, and even though the listing says breakfast is complimentary, you have to pay for it. Room service was terrible: repeated calls to the number at reception got no response, and during busy hours there was nobody at the desk. My stay was pathetic, and I’d never recommend it in Durgapur. Don’t be swayed by the 8.6 rating on booking.com.

The manager is very friendly, and the rooms feel homely while still having a touch of luxury. Best couple friendly hotel in City Centre, Durgapur.

The toilet was filthy, didn’t work, and smelled of sewage. My room was dusty and had a strong damp smell. I was also alarmed that the main entrance was left open and unauthorized people could enter freely. An unbelievably terrible stay. Avoid this place.
