Breakfast was disappointing, with very few choices and poor taste, and even the kettle in the room didn't work. The room itself was tiny, with a bad smell throughout, and the hotel's hygiene was poor. Evershine Rajkot fell well short of what I expected and wasn't worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it unless it makes major improvements.

We asked right away to move rooms, but the staff weren't cooperative. They kept saying they'd sort it out shortly and never did. We'd booked as a couple, yet got two tiny single beds in a cramped room that felt like a closet. The only view was a dirty OTS (Outside) area with litter and lizards roaming around. Our stay at Hotel Evershine, Rajkot, was deeply disappointing and below basic expectations.

The location suited us well, close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers, and the restaurant's breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. We stayed at Hotel Evershine for 5 days. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were friendly, courteous, and ready to help. Our room was clean and well kept, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. The restaurant and other amenities were excellent. It was a comfortable, enjoyable stay that exceeded our expectations, and we'd absolutely return and recommend it. Cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and location were each 4/5; service was 5/5.

The driver’s room we were given was in very poor shape. The toilet and bathroom weren't clean, had poor hygiene, and didn't have proper lighting. Hotel staff used those same facilities, raising concerns about privacy and cleanliness. If staff use unhygienic toilets and then prepare and serve food, how can cleanliness be maintained? I ask management to improve these facilities for future guests. The stay was unsatisfactory.
