Seasons Hotel

The halls are spacious and the lighting is just right for making a celebration memorable. Seasons Hotel, Rajkot, feels elegant and well maintained, and the staff are professional and cooperative, keeping arrangements smooth throughout the function. The food was excellent, with lots of tasty, nicely presented choices. A highly recommended venue for weddings, receptions, and family functions.

The rooms were big, clean, and well maintained, and there was ample parking. They also provided accommodation for the driver, which was an added benefit, and gave us a goodie bag at checkout. The staff behavior and service were excellent. I had an extraordinary experience and would surely recommend this property.

The staff were polite, courteous, and well trained, and service was quick. Room 424 was a definite improvement over Room 210, which had an AC that wouldn't work despite the maintenance team spending almost an hour and a half trying to fix it. Room 424 was clean, nice, and cozy, but its bathroom lacked hooks for clothes, a shelf in the shower for toiletries, a towel rack, and a foot mat. There was no dental kit in the amenity tray either, though one was brought promptly when requested. The food was average, acceptable but nothing special. I give the property 3 stars out of 5, since the room amenities could be better despite the staff's efforts.

I stayed for three days, and the staff at reception and in the restaurant were the best part. The reception manager was attentive, checked in with me personally, and made sure I was happy with my assigned room and that everything was all right. Breakfast was amazing, with a good spread of vegetarian choices plus eggs. The South Indian chef was very caring and made wonderful dosas, medu wadas, upma, and poha. He even prepared things to order when they weren't on the buffet. The rooms were spacious, but the amenities could use some improvement: the hot water wasn't hot enough and the water pressure was low. I was told the rooms were being renovated, so I hope those issues will be addressed. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, which makes getting taxis and going into town a bit challenging. Overall, I had a good stay, thanks to the wonderful staff.
