They accept bookings for three people but give you a single bed, then ask for extra payment at check-in, saying extra bedding costs more. They’re simply looting customers. The service and staff are the worst I’ve come across. They don’t deserve even one star. Please, if you’re about to book here, don’t spoil your day, trip, or stay. It’s a waste of money.

Reservations get confirmed and then canceled at the last minute, followed by a demand for a hefty fee to restore the booking. The service is incredibly poor, and the hotel itself is substandard. They make false promises and refuse to deal with complaints, either hanging up or replying rudely. You’ll likely lose money and have a terrible experience, so I strongly advise against booking here. This hotel is a complete scam. If you value your time and money, stay away.

I made a partial payment through Fab Hotel, but when I arrived, they refused me and said only offline bookings were available. I was with my family, without a vehicle, and it was 3 am, so I had to look for another hotel. Worst experience.
