We were women staying there and felt safe. The staff were very polite. I would have liked the rooms to have windows and ventilation if possible, and some extra security such as CCTV would be good. I'm not sure whether they already had it.

We stayed for two days on holiday and were very comfortable. The location was nice and the place felt safe. The staff were nice, and the reception manager was very friendly.

We arrived late at night and nobody was there to welcome us. The staff were asleep, and the rooms were very cramped. They shouldn't accept hotel bookings if they can't attend to guests at night. They really don't seem to care about their guests. It was a very bad experience.
