We had a great time staying here as a family. The owner and staff were very polite, and the owner went out of his way to arrange everything we needed.

Good service, a nice hotel in a convenient location. Thanks for the room.

The hotel staff treated us well, but the Fab group customer service team was rude, unaccountable, and wouldn't listen to any of my requests. Fab group hotels don't let you cancel bookings under any circumstances. When you argue, they harass you over the cancellation and demand payment for every booked night, even if you never stay. Avoid.

The bathrooms had no hot water, and the water bottles weren't sealed. The bedrooms were dirty, with dusty sheets and a strong cigarette smell. A horrible place to stay, easily the worst hotel. Don't book it.
2/10
There isn't a dining area, and poha is the only breakfast option. The water bottles aren't sealed, either. The washrooms were broken and hadn't been fixed, and maintenance was very poor for the room price. All the photos are fake.
