I paid after the representatives assured me by phone of the room category and number of guests. But the confirmation email showed a lower category and fewer guests. Mr. Abhinav & Mr. Nitin told me they'd update and resolve the mismatch, yet nothing had been done even after five days. When I tried to cancel because it was still unresolved, the call center number I was given didn't work, and neither did the cancellation link in the email. I'm extremely disappointed by this customer service. The misleading assurances and lack of support show a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and the standards expected in hospitality. It's deeply frustrating and unacceptable.

Gagan palace hotel doesn't exist, so don't book online. It has changed to Royal view over the last 20 days, and the new owners are helpful. Some rooms face the road, while others are on the inner side without good windows, though those are quiet and cleaner. The charge was 1500, and the hot water, lights, and other things were working fine.

The food stood out, with a varied selection of high-quality dishes. My stay was a wonderful, relaxing escape in spacious, luxurious rooms. Staff were attentive, friendly, and gave exceptional service. I'd highly recommend it.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was good too. I went with friends last week and had a really nice time. Worth visiting.

I did some research before choosing hotel Gagan Palace, and was really pleased with the clean, comfortable rooms, elegant décor, and extra facilities. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. There are plenty of nearby places to eat and shop, with Agora mall, Apollo hospital ext, the airport, and sabarmati railway station all close by. I'd recommend hotel Gagan Palace to anyone visiting downtown.
