The environment felt uncomfortable and poorly managed, especially if you expect a decent, family-friendly stay. It seemed to cater mainly to unmarried couples, with families and other regular guests treated as an afterthought or ignored. The person running operations was dismissive and insulting instead of communicating or helping, and came across as shockingly rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. There was no hospitality or basic respect from the start. That poor management, bad attitude, and lack of accountability reflect badly on the whole place and have ruined whatever reputation it might have had. A complete disappointment at Fab Vishala. Strongly not recommended for families or anyone expecting professionalism.

They clean the room every day at 10 am. There’s no food in the hotel, so you have to order from outside, from Hari om restaurant. The room was decent for two people, mine had windows, and the service was good.

The owner is also the manager, and his moodiness and rudeness make the stay unpleasant. Service is poor, the rooms are unhygienic, and there’s little hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

Completely useless. I paid these people, but they didn’t pass the payment on to Fab Hotel. The app showed the booking as cancelled. Cheaters.

The rooms are awful and smell like a toilet. The whole bed stinks, like you’re sleeping in a toilet room. I’d recommend never staying here.
